Purchasing Media-Related Equipment

I first went to several different library supply websites but ultimately chose: http://www.gaylordmart.com, which specializes in library supplies, furniture, and archival products.
Here's my budget and reasonings:
1. One Canon Digital Camcorder style # WW-ZR 900 = $450.00. Every library media center in each school should have one in order to document and film special occasions for the library and school. Also could be used by school librarians to teach students how to utilize technology in classrooms.
2. One Steel, AV cart style # WW-BR42=$219.00. Every library media center in schools need to to have one of these carts in order to transport media and technology items around the library and school without having to depend on others to transport materials in and out of the library.
3. One 50 Disc Cleaning Kit for Model 747 style # WW-MDK-006157=$160.00. These types of kits are necessary to enable longevity for the DVDs used in libraries to record movies or programs for the library.
4.29 DVD Cases with Full Sleeve Inserts style #WW-AM2-DBL-01=$1.80 each. These cases are needed to store the DVDs and helps with organization when storing the DVDs.

Tax=$0.00
Shipping and Handling=$117.47
Merchandise Total=$881.20

Grand Total=$998.67
